Summary: The condo is as advertised - spacious, clean and with a 5th floor ocean view. Communication with Pablo was outstanding and check-in was easy - once you get past all the gate guards! (The guards do check the names of all members of your party against a list Pablo has to provide them.) The people at the property were also very friendly and helpful.As others have noted, and it's worth repeating, the condo itself is about 20 minutes from the highway, deep inside the Punta Leona complex. If "getting away from it all" is what you want, this location will work well for you. Just load-up on the supplies you need before going in.The beach itself is not accessible directly from the property, but is a short walk down the road. Getting back to the condo may be a bit of a challenge for some, as it is up a very steep hill. I had to drive some of my family up from the beach.All-in-all, we had a nice stay and the hosts were outstanding.
